CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation of registration should be notified to the Organizing Secretariat AIM Group International in writing only. The registration fees less than 30% administrative charges will be refunded if the cancellation is announced before March 20, 2021. After this date no refund will be possible. Refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.

VISA Information

It is the delegate’s responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Italy and to apply for a visa, if necessary. The conference organizers and/or the Organizing Secretariat will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. 

Visas should be requested at least 4 months before departure as the application process can take several weeks. The invitation letter to apply for visa can be downloaded in the online registration system.

ADMISSION/LOST BADGE

Participants are kindly requested to wear their name badge during the Meeting activities. The badge allows entrance to the scientific sessions and the exhibition.

Lost badges will only be replaced against the payment of a handling fee of €60,00 (VAT included) and upon proof of original registration.

Please note that children are not allowed in the Congress area throughout the duration of the Meeting. In case of negligence, the organising secretariat cannot be addressed for any responsibility.


UNEXPECTED CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT OR IMPOSSIBILITY TO HOLD IT. In the unlikely case that the 9th ISHS Strawberry Symposium cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by Italian or foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
