Project Description

This tour will unveil the Rimini Renaissance heritage.
The Temple, which is the most important site in Rimini, first example of the Italian Renaissance; designed by Leon Battista Alberti, you can admire a Piero della Francesca fresco and a Giotto crucifix.
Castel Sismondo, designed with the cooperation of Filippo Brunelleschi, is the symbol of Sigismondo Pandolfo Malatesta strength and power. 
Piazza Cavour, the main medieval square, praised by Leonardo da Vinci, Giovanni Pascoli and Giuseppe Verdi. 
The tour will end at the City Museum to admire the Renaissance halls, the ancient medals showing Sigismondo and Isotta profiles and the Temple original aspect.
